Below are the links to complete the Student Application. Each member of the family you are enrolling must have individual paperwork.
Current Rates: $225 per week for all ages at both locations
All must be completed, printed out, or emailed to vipkindercollege@gmail.com and returned to the Director with a copy of the student's Birth Certificate within 30 days of starting school.
VIP South Food Program Forms
Centers must keep specific USDA meal forms on file. Please complete and submit on the first day of care.
CCDF and OMWPK Forms
Depending on your location you will need to print off and fill the form out with your students information to submit to CCDF renewal and initial application. It is your responsibility to pay for any overage and co-pay that is not covered by your voucher. Each week your attendance must meet a minimum of 25 hours to get full reimbursement or you will be charged the half fee that IN doesn't cover.
